IMPORTANT CHECKOUT INFORMATION: the cart button is a pink square on the lower right of your screen. Please click on it to complete your checkout process.
This session will be held at FFDC’s Adelaide office, 35a Whitmore Square, Adelaide. This item is a ticket to an IN PERSON professional development session only. For a ticket to the Zoom session, please see the “Online Training” section of our shop.
We have all been critically reflecting as individuals, occasionally in small teams, and often the results are good, sometimes great, but we want to make them amazing and beneficial to every person within our service, whilst reducing the load on individuals.
FFDC will be revamping our Foundations Critical Reflections. We will be working in teams, collaborating across thousands of kilometres, sharing ideas and…. so everyone and our service reaps the benefits. Find out who is in your group, what we will be looking at, how often, what the goals will be, and how we can collaborate, all the while getting to know our team members.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a compulsory session for FFDC staff and Educators. If you’re unable to attend in person or online during the session, you will need to complete this professional development session individually within the following 2 weeks, with the addition of an assessment to ensure each person is learning the required information.
This session is only available to the FFDC team.
This session will run from 9:30am-11am Adelaide time. Please arrive early so we can start promptly. Morning tea will be provided. Please alert us to any dietary requirements with your purchase. For lunch, please bring a small plate to share with a list of ingredients for those with allergies (BYO afternoon tea if attending session 3). Certificates will be provided to all participants at the conclusion of the session. This session will be presented by Kathi Hewitson, tommeginne woman and winner of the National Family Day Care Australia Excellence in Family Day Care Coordinator of the Year award 2022.
Please note: these sessions will be recorded for our Educator portal, so our Educators can reference and review these sessions in the future.
