Our Fees

Foundations Family Day Care has fees for care ranging from $11.80 to $19.55 for standard hours and from $11.80 to $39.10 for non-standard hours. This includes the Administration Levy (currently $2.75). These fees can be reduced by Child Care Subsidy. All care fees are charged fortnightly in advance and are legally required to be paid via Direct Debit, as per FFDC’s Child Care Subsidy approval conditions.

Our Educators are self-employed and work under contract to the service. They each have their own fee schedule. Please feel free to enquire about your preferred Educators' fees by calling 0421 599 416 during business hours.

It is a condition of enrolment that you use our Direct Debit system. This is free for families to use from a bank account, provided the money is there to withdraw. Payments from debit/credit cards will incur a fee of 75 cents plus a percentage of the amount paid.

Standard administrative fees charged by our office as (rarely) needed include the following:

  • Overdue account fee per week - $25.00

  • Hard copy of documents per page - $0.20

  • Refund through HubDebit fee - $50.00

  • New hat - $15.00

  • Postage & handling per item - $10.00 (please note larger items/parcels will have postage quoted separately)

  • Insufficient funds/blocked account fee - $6.00

  • Manual payment processing fee - $6.00
