As a Family Day Care Educator, you run your own business. On this page, you’ll find curated resources to help you market your business to potential families, including service logos, legal requirements,
pre-created flyers, and other materials. We encourage you to take what we’ve provided and make it your own, use it to generate more creative ideas for marketing, and check back regularly for updates.

Legal Requirements for Marketing

In order to be legally compliant, it’s important to make sure you are including a few key pieces of information in all your marketing materials, including:

• A comment specifying that you are registered with Foundations Family Day Care, and

• either the service phone number (0421 599 416), or

• the service email address (admin@ffdc.com.au)

This is applicable not only to print marketing materials (e.g. flyers, banners, brochures, magnets), but also to digital advertising (e.g. social media, email newsletters, paid ads), and AV marketing (e.g. radio ads).
